Do BMW prices make any sense?

Looking at an advert for a local BMW dealer, it shows the price of a brand new 320d M Sport Coupe at £30,810 OTR and a brand new 520d SE Saloon at £26,975 OTR...............WTF?

I know the Coupe is a better looking car, but nearly 4 grand more for a smaller car, with a "couple" of extras? Just can't see why you would pay extra.:wonder:

Suppose it goes back to the last thread on the 135i being 30k for such a small car.:freak3:

Their pricing has more logic than Porsche if that's any consolation.

BMWs are all about spec in the UK.

As are most German cars.

To the OP - A Vauxhall Corsa VXR is 15k, a new Zafira can be purchased for the same. Not unusual situation.

I can see where your coming from, but the Corsa VXR is a top of the range, the 320d Coupe isn't the top of the range of those IYSWIM.

IIRC the Sport pack only costs an additional 1500 quid over the SE.....
