Man is jailed for touching biceps
Nov 16 2007 by Thomas Martin, Liverpool Echo A MAN who breached a court order by feeling a young man's bicep in a shopping centre has been jailed for a total of 15 months. The incident involving 46-year-old Akinwale Arobieke was caught on CCTV. Arobieke of Cavendish Gardens, Toxteth, was found guilty of breaching an interim Sexual Offences' Prevention order. Preston crown court judge Stuart Baker said he had deliberately and audaciously ignored the order which bans him from "touching or feeling other people's muscles" . He was cleared of a similar allegation involving another young man the same day in Preston city centre The order had been made when Arobieke, said to be obsessed with other people's bodies, was due to be released from prison. He had been sentenced to six years in December 2003 for 15 offences of putting people in fear of violence and one offence of witness intim idation. Arobieke denied the allegations he had breached the order. The judge jailed Arobieke for six months plus time outstanding from his original sentence. He once approached me in 1990! Scary. Rumor has it that if you say his ame 5 time while looking in a mirror, he appears behind you breathing down your neck... :eek:
He's took a few beatings in his time (he probably enjoyed them :nono) but you cant kill mythical beings :lol1: I couldnt believe going on holiday and finding that people as fr as Middlesborough and Doncaster knew of him :eek: |

strange guy at times but very well spoken and intelligent heaven knows what was in the carrier bag though :confused: |
