Air fuel ratio gauge
 
as above are they easy to fit :confused: and are they any good

Yes Easy to fit and you can glean useful information.
The narrow band Autometer in black or white is available from Scoobymania and others. Around £50. It utilises the O/E lambda sensor. A wideband is much more accurate and useful for mapping but cost is nearer to £200. A major consideration with the wideband is how you are going to fit the sensor into your downpipe if you are going to retain the O/E narrow band sensor. Some W.B.s have a simulated N.B. signal so you use the original location point and your ECU is now fed a simulated signal.
