Sky Netgear Router Probs

Hi Guys having a problem with my sky Netgear Router, it will not let me access the internet using my belkin Wireless G notebook card, can someone please tell me how you can get into the setting of the sky router?

To get into any router you usually type in 192.168.0.1 into your internet browser, it will then ask for a password and username. Have a look on this link which may help, make sure when your into the settings that internet explorer is not on the block list.

you need to type in the ssid ref and the network password

oh you cant really get the setting as I try that with Sky before ... you can only use thier hardware :(

SSID and network pass are on the back of the router ;)

..and you can use other hardware, I have been using a linksys for over a year ...

Don't they supply you with a Username and password for the ADSL? if so you can use any supported ADSL router !

I've heard things about Skys firmware being .. some what protective :lol1:

You can extract the username and password but last time I looked it wasn't simple.

It's trivial . I have a webpage you hit locally that will do it with url injection that I have passed around previously.
