Mainly fitted to classics or mainly on newages - we'll see..

I think they are handy, but the best thing (time permitting) is to just drive off-boost for the last 1-2 miles or so.

I bought a turbo-timer module with my alarm so I can alarm and immobilise it and walk off with the engine running.
Worth it for the party trick! |

Because it is illegal to leave your car unattended with the engine running. not in proper control and all that.

I've just looked at the highway code and section 123 says:
"You MUST NOT leave a parked vehicle unattended with the engine running..." I'd be surprised if a judge didn't throw a case like that out of court. I've e-mailed the DfT for clarification. We'll see. |

|
Had one on my 03 WRX and did use it every now and then. Don't have one now on the 320 and don't miss it at all.
