Can I buy Duty Free in the U.S. if i'm transferring through to another country
A bit of a strange question
I'm off to Brazil in Nov via Washington and wanted to buy a Ninetendo Wii in the Duty Free for a relative, its about 75% cheaper in the US compared to Brazil and their ridiculous taxation policy on all imported goods. Anyway I can't get out on the streets in Washington so was wondering if anyone knows if i'd be allowed to use the DF as a transfer passenger. Any advice based on experience appreciated Cheers |
