Powerline Ethernet Adaptor Issue

Guys can someone shed some light on this one for me please,

I've just installed BT Vision which requires fitting a pair of Powerline Ethernet Adaptors, this allows you to network via the electric cables in the house ;)

Anyway all is working well on the TV what a great bit of kit but since getting this running my wireless Logitech Keyboard and Mouse has stopped working ?? I read something the other day about this problem it appears to be a side issue around this type of instal but for some reason I can't find the info I need tonight through Google.... anyone able to shed some light on this one ?

PS before you ask this is my old wired keyboard :D

Cheers
Simon

I *know* this sounds daft , but after scrabbling about for a wired keyboard on friday night as mine had 'mysteriously' stopped working .... have you tried new batteries ?...

Oh I've been there and done that in the past Steve :lol1: I changed batteries in both mouse and keyboard so all is well there.... just tried a fresh re boot today but still no joy, from bits I managed to find on the net it may be that the powerline adaptor is to close to my PC desk.
I'm going to give BT a call and see if they can advise, I'll keep you updated in case this helps anyone else.

That did not take to long at all thank goodness :freak3: BT new nothing about it but did advise setting the keyboard and mouse back up which I did and they fired back into life.... most odd really as I've never had any issuse in the time I've had them on which is a couple of years now, the only thing was setting this vision box up so if that initially helped them loose connectivity who knows ? anyway all is well and a basic fix.... one to remember maybe.

Cheers.... Simon :thumb:
