Oil Light Is On
 

My oil light came on last night. I have read the manual and it says not to drive the car when this light is on. :confused:

Anyone know what the problem may be?

low oil?? :)

The light is triggered by low oil pressure.

Either low oil in which case you may have damaged your engine, a falling pump in which case you may have damaged your engine or an internal issue in which case you've already damaged your engine.

Or a dodgy oil switch? I just had same thing happen with mine but luckily just the oil pressure switch .
