Oil change
on my 99 turbo 2000, simple as old oil/filter out. new oil/filter in?
just my old man has been told you need to do something else on these boxer engines but he cant remember what- can someone set my mind at rest that the above is all i need to do or otherwise ta jon |
Got to fill new filter up with oil before fitting it.
Think you have to turn engine over with crank sensor disconnected afterwards as well, something to do with oil pressure or getting oil round engine, something like that. If im wrong im sure someone will correct me before long! :thumb: |
Just Pre-fill the oil filter and put in 4.5 litres in total. Easier than some cars cos the filter is vertical. 30mins tops.
