Ladies & Gents,

have been offered a deal on the above with 215/35/18 Toyos.
Will there be any problems rubbing?(OOH er missus:-)
Perhaps I'll have to remove the plastic/rubber "inner arch protectors" on the rear wheel arches?
By my calculations the rolling circumference will be ok, slightly less than 16inch wheels with 205/50/16 tyres.
I know the wheels are 7.5 x 18 as opposed to 7 inch width of most Scooby wheels, will this be a problem?
Any advice welcome.
Cheers,John

Im think they will as those 18x7.5 alloys were available on the
P1 as an extra.

Cheers,

Kos.

Tks Kosy, good point.
I'm just wondering if the 2 door shell has the same width rear arches as
a 4 door? John

It is my understanding (albeit potentially wrong) that the OZ wheels for the MY'01 have a different off-set to the OZ wheels for the P1 / < MY'01

Should cause to many issues.. but you never know...
As i said, I could be talking out of my hat on this one..

Come to think of it, i have also been told that standard MY01 alloys
fit on old shape Imprezas. There are a few cars in the members gallery with em on. If thats the case then the offset shouldn't be a problem on the 18's.
