Anti lift kit

Is there any point fitting the above if I have adjustable top mounts already fitted?

Note: I don't run the ALK.

Depends....

I've not read of any major backlash against it and I think 911 still runs or ran with it even after Noltecs and ASTs on his hillclimber. Arguments seem to be about how it works and the symptoms or observations of it working rather than arguing about whether it's good or not.

You would have to measure your caster angles, to see if you can obtain the same adjustments as the whitline product. If i remember it gives 0.5 deg of static caster, and uses different bushings, so i am not sure if the improvment has come from keeping the alignment in check.

I have had it fitted it to a classic MY99, and it has transformed the car, no more plough-in under steer, you can enter bends quicker and get on the gas quicker before the apex, it also seems to provide more grip off the line. I have standard suspension, so it was a relatively cheap modification..

Adjustable top mounts can be used to get the extra castor, but obviously won't give the pro-lift effect of the anti-lift kit.

A cheaper alternative for you would be replacement Bushes in Forester rear bush miunts as the Forester has the same pro-lift geometry as the WALK as standard, there are usually a few being broken on fleabay. (search for forester and forrester!)
