What sizes are the front and back ARB's on an 04 Sti (Type uk)?

Think they're 19mm. Noticed a big difference on my car when I fitted adjustable front and rear 22mm ones (set to middle hole).

Fit the Anti lift kit too and get a good geometry set up from somewhere like Powerstation.
