Yes, it was very thoughtful of Her Majesty to declare a public holiday on my wedding anniversary.
:) |
NO... it will be expensive now that the Queen has declared a bank holiday on your wedding anniversary ;) :(
Gary,
Not when your wife is as reasonable as mine (and she reads this BB)! Next year IS a biggie though, so it could get expensive. |
Cheers guys at least I know when it is now! ;)
Queens Jubilee. Suits me - only need to book 3 extra days off work for TT week :) Might have an extra few pints and do a few extra laps to celebrate as well :) :D :)
Can this be classed as an extra day, seeing as we lose the bank holiday at the end of May? I think not - we've been had ;)
Kim - We now get 3rd and 4th of June instead of the one in May. The would be 2 instead of 1, which is 1 more ;)
duh - thanks - maths isn't my strong point! ;) :D
That'd be that extra days public holiday that we don't get at my work then, well at least the place should be fairly quiet
So that makes how many public holidays for me then? Oh yes, that'll be the one
(Shouldn't complain really, not with 7 weeks holiday:)) |
Thanks to the Queen my wedding guests get a 4 day weekend, and since I'm not heading off straight away I too will enjoy the 4 day break.
Could not of have been planned better if I tried. |
Gawd blesser !! :)
Hmmmpphhhh. We have to work Bank Hols.
