what are people insured on at 21 2 years NCB and 3 points and how how much?

iam 22 with 3years no claims and 3points. ive got a 1999 subaru impreza 2000 uk turbo.
the best quote i got was 1089 fully comp with ecar

Alot goes on where you live, I have a Bradford postcode, its a bit of a black spot around these parts when insuring an Impreza.

Iam 28 6yrs no claims no points, no accidents and I pay £950 for my06 WRX.

26 5 years ncb lots of security and a very nice area and im 940 for my typeR

i know someone whos 21 4 year ncb with 6 points paying 990 fully comp on a GT4

i know someone who is 22 and just bought an evo 5 after writing off his evo in a high speed accident,god knows how he's doing it or what he is paying
