Don't see why anyone would pay more than 5p for a number plate that looks nothing like Scooby :wonder:

£499 would be better spent on a remap :D

Chill out mate, its all said with humour in mind. Some on here dont like private plates very much at all :)

gingerish 13 September 2007 09:18 PM

each to there own mate tbh it was a genuine thing just for those who might have been interested n as for it not looking like scooby i got pics n it looks like PSCOOBY so not fussed, to those interested. new to this n not used to getting abuse over a private registration lol.

mozzaITA 13 September 2007 09:31 PM

Hey gingerish dont take no notice, i dont think they are that bad to be honest but i would rather spend the money on making the car faster.

Snazy 13 September 2007 11:17 PM

I just bought a private plate, but after missing out on MY07 WRX I went for a personalised one with my initials and nickname on :)

As for the abuse, its only the internet mate, its always 10 times worse here than real life.
Where a complete stranger would walk past you in the street and think w@nker, on here, think = SAY IT, so people tend to be a little harsh at times :)
PS not ACTUALLY calling you one btw :)

gingerish 17 September 2007 07:24 PM

cheers guys the plate i thought was a bargain so thought id spread the word MY07 WRX would have looked quality.... its down to personal taste aint it with these kind of plates, and those that dont like em shouldnt read the thread.

Must be bored were I live, I have had 3 warnings for the one on the Golf. The DVLA plates are a bargain, I have seen adverts in the trader listing the DVLA plates for a few hundred quid more plus VAT and transfer fee. Dodgy gits out to make a quick buck.
