The front pads on my UK300 need replacing at 13.5K miles! Is this normal wear rate for a Scoob? I did 75K miles in a Laguna and only changed them once.. Anyone else had this on an MY01?

i was on my fourth set of fronts by when I sold my 'teg at 13500 miles... think yourself lucky :D

Bloody hell I'll stop moaning then.

Sean, hi there how are you and Debs?

13.5k sounds a bit low to me, what sort of use is this, i thought you did a lot of motorway miles?

Very well thanks Paul, Hope you and Jenny are too. I dropped you a message on the end of the "Northants Christmas meet" thread, let me know if you fancy hooking up.

75% of my driving is motorway, I am going to take it to Tyres Northampton on Friday so they can take a look. Not sure if my car has a wear detector warning light, if so it hasn't come on, it's making the typical grinding noises though.

Sean
Just read back through the Sywell post - yes, it would be great to meret up soon. I'll talk to Jenny tonite.

13.5K on motorway miles sounds v.low. My My 99 is doing around 20K per set (50% motorway use)

All the best

Paul
