help wanted (air filter)

hi everyone , just acquired a 2002 wrx model which is completely standard, iam in the process of upgrading the air filter could any one let me know what is the best ,iam looking at the K&N panel filter,i have been told that this is quiet sufficient but i like the look of the 57i induction kit which would change the looks under the bonnet.

which is best for performance the panel are the induction kit

Hi mate i know that Green panel filters are good i have used them as i know that k&n types are a bit oily and can mess up your maff sensor

What he says but dont rule out a K&N panel, If any filter is cleaned and reoil to excess u will get a problem,
I also seem to feel that the typhoons and similar pass a lot of air and cause a few problems, not sure its just a case of oil from new.

Got a 52 plate wrx myself and just put in green panel filter, reading through previous threads the majority seem to agree this was the way to go. :thumb:
