Mog 17 September 2007 10:38 PM

Very nice, I'm looking at something similar at the moment, the exhausts look great but I imagine rather expensive????? and I see you have the Jap spec sat nav unit fitted, I know the sat nav is useless here but what other functions can you still use.

Tripmeters, trip computer, volts, throttle%, Kms to the Litre, clock, cabin airflow direction and loads of other stuff I discover as I sit and play with it. I may have a UK CD to uplaod soon so should be able to let you know then. The STi Genome pipes are £503 + import taxes etc for each rear box from Japanparts.com
:eek2: but sound the mutts on boost or under throttle.

riiidaa 18 September 2007 03:30 PM

pretty seats, very plush

mervil 18 September 2007 05:47 PM

Exhausts are what I expected...did you consider the Miltek quad system and performance upgrade from Iain (I assume it is a Litchfield Import).
The UK CD sounds interesting as I thought the JDM system used different satellites, the extra functions sound good I just hope the one I'm looking at has this option.....is all the text in english.

The Trooper 1815 18 September 2007 07:54 PM

Sadly, the text is Japanese. But I have started to get things sorted and am getting a DVD Rom of Maps to see if I can get it to go. I'll let you know.

The exhaust came with the car so I left it as per. As I said top noise.:norty: The pull is linear and unlike my old Bugeye wagon, nothing, nothing, bang, whoosh. It just seems to go on and on all the way to 7K rpm. Certainly feels faster!

I play the "Eco" light challenge and have got nearly 30 mpg on a run.

Russ71 19 September 2007 04:19 PM

Very nice Ian :notworthy
