Problems getting my MAC code with Pipex
 

Anyone had troubles getting their MAC from Pipex?

Requested it about 2 weeks ago. I waited 7 days after hearing nothing and phoned them.

They said I would receive it within 24 hours. Been over 5 days still nothing.

They said my account had the request logged but then there was no more notes.

Is there anything I can do? I thought they had to give me my code within 5 working days.

yeh - they fooked me about too :mad:

took about 2 weeks in the end.
