How do matey. I thought about an evo6 before i purchased the p1, how do you rate them to the scoobs? I cant believe i posted the pics up and how quick you spotted them. Its been a robust chariot for me, just done a cambelt change and full service to it. It might be heading to oxford hopefully, two lads came to look at it this morning. Mad seing that! looking sweet when you had it mate and still looking sweet now, except it needs a wash. P.S im shropshire area too.

Thanks for the reply - funny to see one of my old cars again (brings back lots of happy memories). The Impreza served me very well as my daily drive from Lichfield to Stourbridge (50 mile round trip).

After 2 years ownership I went down the Evo route, but the Evo 6 GSR I owned was not a good experience:

Lots of clutch trouble (not covered by warranty) and I had to wait weeks and weeks for a replacement part on the Anti Yaw Control, but it was a great car (when it eventually worked).

Evo looks nice but not as nice as your RA. Youll have to let me know when your off to some sprints, hill climbs or any other events, we`ll have to meet up and have a natter.

Neil, don't worry about PM - took me ages to understand how it works.

Anyway Sat and Sun at the end of September should be good - haven't had the entry list yet, so am not sure who will be there in what cars.

Loton Park:

A458 Shrewsbury to Welshpool road, go through Ford and turn right onto the B4393 to Alberbury and we are couple of miles down there on the left.

If it is any use Loton Park is approximately 23 miles from Junction 6/M54.

You will be guaranteed a good day's motorsport.

Le me know if you want anything/advice - and get a competition license and join us in 2008 :thumb:
