Any one played Splinter Cell Vegas on PS3?
 

If so, is it any good?

In dire need of a new game and can't wait till October or whenever it is that GTA4 is finally released :D

Really liked the look of the trailer for Splinter Cell but a friend has played it and said it's the worst game ever !!!!!!

Any other opinions, should I trust his judgement and avoid it like the plague?

It is the worst game ever if you are Rambo, if however you like sneaking about and being tactical about the way you kill things it is great.

Rainbow 6 Vegas is excellent on the XBOX I've been playing it pretty much non stop since about April.. Totally addicted.
The game on it's own is really good but online it is excellent.

Splinter Cell double agent is good if you like that sort of game, they are both very different.
I hated SC online but loved the 1 player game.
