Just saved me some time, a 5 minute job with a pair of size 10 spanners :thumb:

and don't forget.....adjust the shoes first, then the lever cable if necessary (i.e. don't try and compensate for badly adjusted shoes by taking the cable in).

My turn

I know where the interior adjustment is but before I do that where is the one underneath, followed the cables back to rear discs so where about on there?

Any pics?

If you look behind the discs, nearer the centre, you'll see a rubber cover. Prise it off, then follow instructions as from Ian Godney. The cover is about 20mm x 10mm.

I had mine adjust but they made an ass of them. The shoe makes contact even when the lever is down. Do I just knock it back 3-4 clicks then adjust the cable to fix this.

When I adjust them , if you rock the disc side to side slightly ( an inch either way ) you can feel if they are dragging , when I do them I get it so it's just starting to drag , and then back it off slightly , you will feel the difference when you move the disc.
