PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL / SMART REPAIRS

Anyone had any door dings removed using this method?

I understand the ding / dent cannot have removed any paint in order for them to remove it using the dent puller tools they have

Anyone got any before /after pics? Or can tell me how good it looks afterwards? Can you tell at all?

Cheers

Had a large dent removed by Dent Devils on my last car and was really impressed. It was very noticable and stood out a mile (done by a prick in a big 4x4) but I could not see where it had been no matter what way I looked at it.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

should be getting mine sorted tomorrow, luckily it's low down and hardly noticeable but it's a perfect straight crease of a door

I've had 3 small dents on my car removed by the Dent Central guys up in Scotland, and two on the Mrs car. All have completely disappeared.

One dent was behind a strengthening bar on my drivers door though, he had to drill a small hole in the door check to get the tool in behind it.

Think the guy up here charges about £40 a panel.

results can be good but you can always tell there was a dent there if you look close enough imho.

not bad vfm

i have - had a few small dings taken out prior to selling. I was really impressed with the work tbh and it was good value for money. Only bad thing was the guy used a dirty cloth so put a few minor swirl marks on the paint (i'm a fussy sod!)

That said I suspose its a bit like saying has anyone had a respray before. The results will only be as good as the person doing them if that makes sence :wonder:

got a new dent on my front wing of my sti :( hasnt taken any paint off but part of it has a slight crease - are dent devils and the like able to take out dents which have creased, as I thought this was impossible and would need filling/respraying?

I had a few dings taken out of my old classic by a local Dentmaster technician. One was a very sharp dent around the size of a 1p piece, and you could just about tell it had been there - apparently there was something behind the panel that made access to fix it impossible. Various trolley dings disappeared completely, though.

Used Dent Devils last year at NBO. Very impressed. Car was immaculate afterwards. First time I have had a ding free car. Lasted about three weeks till I wrote it off!! Ah well...

How much do they charge for say a dent size of 1p on a door?

I had my done by Metal Guru in Chelmsford, IIRC he charged £25 per panel HTH
