I am running our 225/40x18's Toyos and S03's on our MY01's at either 32 or 33 F&R.

Pirelli web site won't quote figures, gues it has to do with some legal thing in case it goes bang!

Officially from Subaru dealership! 33 psi @ the front & 28 at the rear
|
Guide stuck on driver side shows 32psi front and 33 psi rear, for that size trye when cold, does not seem to change even with heavy load?

But that is for 215/45x17, is it not? (and I think you meant 33F, 32R). knowlesy 28 in the rear is way too low. Are you not thinking of the MY00 or earlier. If the Subaru dealer thinks these are the right tyre pressures for a MY01 then they don't deserve to be a Subaru dealer! As Terry says, it says 33F 32R on the vehicle, and in the handbook, for 215/45x17. Incidentally, I got my figures from Mike Wood at Prodrive when we put UK300 wheels/tyres on Carolyn's car, and Mike knows what he is talking about. |
Cheers, for the note I'll change them all to 33!!
|
Sorry Dave you are right about 33 front and 32 rear, not the other way that I had said, but on uk300 drivers side trye size mentioned on sticker is 225/40/18
Terry (P.S. had me worried then!!!!!!) |
