how to put photos in post

need help putting photos in posts. can somebody point in the right direction thanks.

Sign up for a free photobucket account, upload the photos onto there, then in the boxes under the photos on photobucket copy the [ i m g ] tag & paste it into a post on here.

Its the bottom one under the pic, 3rd one down. Just click on it and it should automatically copy the IMG for you. Then just paste :thumb: into your thread.
