How Much Should I Pay?

I have been offered a PC with the following specs. I am a little out of the loop on this kind of stuff now ... is this any good and how much should I pay for it? I think it's originally a Dell but has been specced up afterwards.

cpu: Athlon XP 3000+
memory: 1.5GB DDR2 PC3200 (new)
hdd: 250GB western digital 7200rpm　(new)
graphics: Radeon 9800PRO 128MB Ram
19inch AOC Monitor (1280X1024)
PSU 380W(new)

You could get a smililar spec Dell desktop with 19" TFT but with a dual core cpu for under £300.

I'd say £150-200 at the most.
