DELL laptop - need to know its age
 

Battery is missing and all the tags on the base have been burned off (either by someone deliberatly or due to its heat output) but it has the service tag:
"HQCLP0J"

Model is Inspiron 8500

Can Dell tell its age from this tag ?

I need to know roughly how old this laptop is.
