Best test drives
 

OK - thread on the worst and some top stories but rather a sad 1 too.

It's Friday afternoon, what were the best test drives you've had? (I know it's going to be I bought the Scoob :) but what else? )


After being car-less for a while a good few years ago, I'd had a proper job for a while so went to look at this thing.

In my head I bought it as soon as the guy opened the garage, it was night and raining, It was a 1978 Transam 6.6L Manual, Black of course :luxhello:

Made everyone laugh just looking at it :thumb: Drove it straight to a pub with mates sitting in garden - no one believed I'd done it.

(They call him the B - a - n - d - i - t, never did grow a moustache though)
