turn off boost with PFC & AVCR
 

anyone know how i can completly turn off the boost using the above

You cant , the lowest boost you could possibly have by just turning the avcr off is actuator pressure...If you need less than this for a reason then disconnect the actuator rod and wire it open....

SO JUST TAKE THE BAR OFF ON THE ACTUATOR WILL MEAN NO BOOST AT ALL YER?

for absolutely no boost yes, just pop the actuator off the wastegate arm, to run just the actuator pressure, set the boost setting to "off" on the avcr, or unplug the head unit.
