Is this the kind of think that you mean?

I reckon that there are too many variables for these devices to be accurate.. as a toy to show your mates.. then fair enough.

Had 1 of the AP22`s in the car for bout the last year.
Initially the times were out by around 1.2 seconds over the 1/4. But after weighing my car and some experimentation with the config values now have it accurate to approx .2 seconds (checked against a set of christmas tree drag lights). Pete |
Pete,
how did you weigh your car (and how accurate were the scales)?? BTW, have you seen the AP-22 D.C.A.T software that you can download from the Race Technology web-site (and register for GBP20)? Looks pretty impressive, although i have yet to actually upload any data to it! mb |
Boomer,
I used the local weigh bridge m8, as far as i know the scales are accurate to a couple of kilos ;) Had to redo it when my subs n stuff were added :) Yeah the DCAT sware is pretty impressive, have used it quite a bit for power graphs n stuff between dyno days as a quick reference to c if recent upgrades have made any difference before booking a dyno session.
