I take it this is running off of an Exchange server?

If so, change the ownership of the mailbox to your windows logon profile, then set your outlook to open their mailbox as the default profile. You should then be able to sync with your PDA.

This is just a temp fix, not sure if you wanted a perm arrangement?

Hope this helps

The easiest way is to do an export on the Calendar of the other person (Saving it as a pst file) and then import the pst file into your calendar. Both Import/Export facilities are available in Outlook under the FILE menu

Hope this helps? :D

managed it in the end by viewing each calendar without any filters, ie.. a list of all events, copied and pasted :D

Microsoft has just released an update which allows you to sync multiple contact folders, even public ones from an exchange server.

called OPCS.exe i've not used it myself as i dont have my pocket PC anymore! :(

Hi,

A bit late now, but you could have used advanced find to locate all appointements etc in the calendar and copy it across that way.
