How much is my PS2 worth as I'm thinking of selling it?

PS2, 4 months old, never been touched by kids :)
GT3
Sony 8mb memory card

This lot would cost 250 quid to go out and buy new - so how much 2nd hand?

Ebay a good sign of 2nd values

Seems to be about £175 for basic console,,mem card etc. more with several games....

Well, if you look in the Private Sale section of scoobynet, someone sold one for £150 including GT3 only a couple of days ago.
