Given that the search isn't working yet, can anyone tell me what type/brand of oil I should be using to change out the oils in the gearbox and diffs on my STi3 please.

Regards

Kevin.

Consensus seems to be Castrol Syntrax (75-90W). Approx 0.8lt vfor the diff, 3.5 lt for the gearbox. Expensive...at ~£9/lt.

when should these two be changed, according to the Service Schedule? My STi is coming up to 60K miles, these must need doing by now?

cheers,
Dave

Should be every 30k AFAIK.
