Flooding - video footage
 

Why is it that when ever you see video footage of flood waters in urban areas on the news there are always seems to be some baseball capped chavvy scumbags wading around in it up to their waist? Or riding a fully submerged BMX bike around in it?

Don't they realise that it's full of filthy sewage, oil and other noxious substances?

That's not a chav, it's a BBC newsroom junior who has been given a bike or canoe and told by his bosses to get in there to make the footage more genuine.
