Parcel Farce & potter book deliveries
 

Parcel Farce claim that they tried to deliver my parcel of 3 books at 2:20pm but there was no one to take the delivery. Well I was in, and watching the GP in full view of the front door.

My wife was talking to a neighbour at the door so there is no way that we missed them.

What a bunch of incompetant liars.

Erm you sure it was Parcelfarce, I work for them, and this morning I didn't see any increase in the Amazon Sat delivs. However the royal mail was swamped!!!. Amazon always send the smaller lower value items Ie single books, out via them not us, unless premium postage has been paid. Most H Potter was ordered months ago on standard postage.

i agree with you, they usually do lie about these things.
we get "couldnt find your house" WTF!? :mad:

It's much more hassle for the delivery man if you dont answer the door. i.e he has to knock and wait for you to answer, then after a minute or two he then has to write a non delivery card out to post through your door then there is paper work to fill in when he takes it back! Much more convenient if you just answer as quick as possible :D in my experience its what all customers say when they never heard the door.:D

I've had Royal Mail actually sign for a parcel for me. They must be really stupid to say that I signed for it and must have forgotten. The signiture looked nothing like mine. I complained and what a cover up!!!!!! I finally got my compensation for a lost parcel. W@NKERS :mad:

No, there was no card. I was in full sight of the door so I would have seen anyone coming up the path.

Yeah I'm sure is was parcel force as that is where amazon show the tracking status as.

it will be some immigrant or polish worker etc that cant be arsed so signed off most deliverys for an easier day
