What is the fastest modded car round the 'Ring?
 

As above really does anyone know what car has recorded the quickest time round the 'ring? Not including racing cars but including highly modded stuff???

Radical did it in 6m 47secs

Yup radical sr8 holds the production record, i believe some lm porsche holds the overall record

yes nick heidfeld took the bmw F1 car around it but it was a promo day and couldnt push it any due to the track being so bumpy and F1 car suspension being so highly tuned

Unfortunately Stefan Beloff died at Spa a couple of years later. 6' 11" is an unbelievably quick time and Id be surprised to see it bettered. Beloff also holds the official lap record at 6'25".

Ive never seen that clip before. 6'11" is even more amazing when you realise that he was held up by Keke Rosberg and numerous slower cars from other classes!

Well unoficially nick heidfeld f1 bmw recorded a 5.57 but i think they left it go in respect of beloff

On 28 April 2007, Nick Heidfeld drove a BMW Sauber F1.06 Formula One car around the Nordschleife, on a BMW publicity day. Although the official lap time released by BMW Sauber was declared to be 8:34, Road & Track magazine reported that sources at the track had timed Heidfeld's lap to be a 5:57 or 5:58, breaking the track's six-minute barrier for the first time in history.[1]

Anyone got a link to the complete 6min11 lap that Beloff did if it exisists ?

I dont think that it does, not thats freely available anyway. Graham Bell's car was fitted with a massive camera throughout qualifying (and throughout the whole season) and the footage can still be seen on a DVD called 'In-Car 956'.
