Thanks to Simon at PSi3
I had a glitch with my SECS monitor which up until now has given faultless service. I rang Simon on Wednesday to explain the fault & despite the unit being over 3 years old he said to send it in for testing & repair.
I needed the unit back by Friday afternoon to get it refitted in time for JAE this weekend so I sent it by "next day" delivery. Simon rang to let me know it had arrived by 9.30am Thursday morning & was on test. He rang again at 3.30pm to say he was then off to the PO to dispatch it back to me. It was in my hands by 10am Friday morning & up & running in the car before lunch. Not only was the customer "aftercare" second to none but to be kept aware of my unit's progress, knowing that I was sweating on it being back in time for JAE, made the whole thing much less stressful than it otherwise might have been. Thank you Simon for going the "extra mile". Mark ;) |
