Does anybody know if it possible to obtain an Outside Temperature Guage suitable to fit on a MY00? If so, where from and how much?

Happy New Year,

Ian.

To my knowledge not available as a Subaru accessory, but there must be an after market version.

Maplin have a few different ones for £10 with a few metres of cable and sensor - one will do inside and outside. It has an LCD display and could be discretely mounted. One can be powered by a button cell, the other by a AAA battery or you could knock up a supply from the car quite easily - find a 5V reference and use a resistor divider to get 1.5V.

Both out of stock at present. http://www.maplin.co.uk

There is also one available as a Subaru accessory - consult the accessories brochure from your dealer.

Subaru do one, look at cheam motors website and there is a gauge pack that replaces the tray on the dash. It has a compass, outside temp and 1 other.
