Xbox 360 and MSN Messenger question
 

I stupidly enabled this when it came down as part of the udate just to see what it was like but then wanted to turn it off. However I can't find where to do it :rolleyes: Is it possible?

God knows, I did the same thing as you :o

IIRC it's under your gamertag settings and account management or something like that. I did it with mine a while back so don't hold me to it on the exact menu option but it is defo under your gamertag settings. ;)

Cheers Scott, had looked there before but missed it as Windows Live ID and was looking for Messenger settings.

Rev go into Windows Live ID and remove Windows Live ID password and that does it, although now get the 360 saying can't sign into Messenger when starting it up as opposed to stopping it completely.

I checked again and under the Gamertag settings is an Auto Sign In option. Under there is the messenger bit and you simply choose disable.
