Colour laser printer for publishing company?
 

My mum runs a publishing company and she's in the market for a new colour laser. Obviously has to be top-notch quality wise. What sort of brands should I be looking at?

hp or lexmark, pref hp :thumb:

Depends on what she wants to use it for.

Is it just for proofing and someone else does the printing/production or is it a production machine that she needs? How much does she print (pages per month)?

Just for proofing Doug. No more than a couple of thousand sheets a month, some A3.

In that case, I don't have any recommendations.

If it was my money, I'd be thinking that anything from HP should be fine. (But I'd then be thinking "Is it Pantone certified"? How close are the colours that this thing prints to the final colours on the production machine? etc.)
