What's the highest milage car

I onced owned a BMW that finally died with 220K on the clock. This has got me wondering,
what's the highest mileage car you have ever owned, seen or know about?
to qualify it would have be running on all or nearly all of its original internals.

Another reason I ask is because I used to work with a guy who knew of a mercedes taxi for sale with 600K on the clock.

Personally 107k 1982 Cortina Crusader..Friend of wife had a 1989 Nissan Sunny that 248k, it was serviced once a year and was on original clutch and exhaust, bar the back box 14 years later when the cam chain snapped. She got £100 for it as the electric sunroof/ windows /mirrors / heater etc. still worked

Had an ex Police Cavalier SRI that used to literally eat RS Turbos. Bought it with 87k on it and it was stolen at over 200k miles on clock. Cop cars could not catch it and it finally crashed taking out oil sump but still ticking over. Engine knocked when I got it back but I reckon it would have gone on to 300k otherwise. My Mondeo diesel went consistently wrong from 180k onwards. Spent a fortune on it trying to keep it on road. When I finally traded it in salesman took it for a test drive on day of changeover to make sure it still ran and came back saying that it was worst driving car he had ever tried by miles. Had to agree! Would NEVER have another Ford!!! My Merc E220 CDI has 180k on it and drives as new. Fast reliable and NO squeaks or rattles. Slays most boy racers from lights with its torque.

Friend at work has a 306TDI with 285k, he's done all the miles bar the first 30k! Still on it's original clutch and maybe even brakes. He drives it to work and then back home again, all motorway about 140 miles a day and he has a weekend warrior, S2000 or something for fun.
