Bolts needed for TD05?

Where can I get these from?? The old ones are seized hard in the old turbo.

Do you mean bolts or studs?

Any dealer will have them or you can get them from various subaru specialists - Lateral Performance or RCM will have them in stock.

Any Subaru dealer. They're just under £2 each IIRC, as are new nuts.
