how do you put a picture from photobucket and use it as your desk top back ground. Did it once a long time ago but have now forgotten

If you right click on the photo, you should have the option to "Set as Background" (in XP and Vista at least).

How big was the image? If it was smaller than your desktop resolution then it will enlarge (or reduce if it was larger) the image to fit. More more it has to enlarge the picture, the fuzzier it will become...

ah it was a lot smaller than the desktop size, its an image on photobucket

can i resize the photobucket image?
