two sunny days, two dirty hands...
 

spent a few hours yesterday, and a few more today, perfecting the exterior of the scoob. give the engine bay a once over and the underside of the bonnet too, but they dont come close to what ive done outside.

this is the first time since getting her back a week last friday (june 1st) shes had a proper wash from me. did the dash door cards too but couldnt be arsed to hoover her after everything else.

What did you use to clean the wheels? or what do anyone use?

My gold wheels spend most their time black :|

a hose and autoglym wheel cleaner. when the oz-racing stickers have had a few days to proper stick on im gonna seal the wheels with another of autoglyms products, namely the wheel seal stuff. never tried it. as my wheels are pretty much brand new after the refurb, cleaning them was a piece of pish first time. just use a sponge to get the gunk off after a soak and spray whith the cleaner, then soak again, let either drip dry, or use a chamois to buff off.

That does look shiny. I have seen that red is a hard one to keep in tip-top condition as it seems to fade which I am sure you know. Just keep her clean and waxed and she will be fine.

Have you thought about getting the door handles, mirrors, and side skirts colour coded? That would really finish it off nicely IMHO :)

nah would spoil the stealthy look im going for. i prefer the original look, hence why im going for an unpainted sti6 front lip eventually.
