basically :lol1:

It increases your metabolitsm and helps to burn fat. It is effective if you are on a controlled diet and exercise plan

Yup and you have to cycle it id steer clear

You can get the eca stack which is what a lot of fat burners used to be untill some yank died while taking the stuff ironically not from the tablets

But anyway i think you can still get them shipped from astro nutrition

Buy pure ephedra / ephedrine hcl diet pills for weight loss

Forget all these new(ish) supplements which are the best thing since sliced bread. A good diet and a balanced exercise regime is all you need. These supplements come with all the marketing bumpf and promise this and that. In reality they will make at best a marginal difference, heck even steroids won't make you big without adequate diet and training. Forget the easy and magical route to your goal, it's hard work and consistency that you need not magic pills.

Einstein, I know what you are saying, I am just in the process of starting cardio work (running machine and cross trainer) used to cycle approx 15miles a day about 7 years back but since I met my missus etc etc exercise seemed to have stopped so I have piled on the stones(wish it was pounds) so was looking at supplements to aid the process. Started them today and energy levels have definately increased so will see how it goes.

Hux, was thinking about eca stacks previously, there is some medicine in this country that is available over the counter, think it is called do do chesteeze this contains ephedrine and then its a case of getting some asprin and pro plus, however I think the side effects of it could be a bit much(being giddy at work would probably be a no no!)
