I NEVER let mine drive my Scoob, she is totally incapabe of looking after the shopping trolley she drives (cant pass a gatepost or curb without scraping it) never mind a car that cost me nine bags of sand :lol1:

Perhaps she should lay off the curried eggs for a while?

Lads!

. . .I'm not too sure what this thread is about, but would like to point out . . . . . . . . . .:D

. . . . .I have nothing against woman drivers , providing they are TASTY!:thumb:

stara 07 June 2007 10:51 PM

just think though, if it waasn't for women drivers, companies like dent-gone, and alloy wheel refurbishers, and companies that specialise in removing diesel from petrol cars and petrol from diesel cars, and companies that unlock locked in car keys, and companies that remove wedged high-heel shoes from brake pedals, etc would go out of business....not to mention how would old duffers cope if they didn't have to tell women that they are going the wrong way down a 1way street, or to tell them to turn the choke off, etc etc............

obviously i am joking, and women make superb drivers.............(my missus slapped me)

chocolate_o_brian 07 June 2007 11:04 PM

me and my missus mutually agreed she should stop wasting my money on learning to drive. that and the threat of mixing ipecac into her cups of tea did the trick:D

just to add i do love her... as her wages help pay for my scoob.

It's enough to turn a bloke queer!:freak3:

MrsD once drove the Scoob over a collapsed dry stone wall, it genuinely wasn't her fault, the wagon she was following clipped the wall, which was on a bend, and pulled it down in front of her. That in itself wans't the problem, the fact that I new nothing about it until a week later when I next used the car wasn't a problem either really.
The way I found out about it was where I had the problem:nono: As soon as I set off up the road from outside our house, the car attempted to hurl itself into next doors garden, it needed over half a turn of steering lock just to make it go in a staight line:eek: She'd been driving it for over a week like that, and the thought that there might be something wrong with it had never even entered her head:rolleyes:

When I took the car to my mate at the local dealership, it turned out to have a seriously deformed wishbone, a bent anti-roll bar, a cracked top mount, a fecking big crack in the wheel rim and and a bulge on the inside of the tyre the size of an egg:eek:

On top of all that, she had the nerve to complain when I told her she had to pay for the repairs:rolleyes:

Hey come on guy's that aint fair, im a BIRD, i drive my other halfs 1998 2000 turbo, i look after it better then him, i always polish and clean her, (HE HAS NOT DONE IT ONCE),I never put a mark on her and i drive her 7 days a week and do the school runs in it, when i go shoping i either park in mother and baby or just take up 2 parking spaces.. Why tire all women with the same brush??? And why is it then when all the young "BOY RACERS" see us "BIRDS" driving they feel the need to sit up our arse?? Well the 2 young blokes in the transit van wont be doing it to me again... :luxhello: Also before i forget i also check the oil and water:notworthy

DEC14N 13 June 2007 10:36 AM

This thread is soooooooooo unfair! Ive had to 'break' into two scoobs belonging to MEN because they stupidly locked the keys in the car, both times the cars were running! Then you men throw a tantrum threaten to smash up anything in sight including the car and storm off saying i just have not got the time for this! leaving a so called 'stupid woman' to sort out the mess. Bit of thought a metal coat hanger and some patience hey presto car open!
As for driving the scoob well I just got my own then i dont get blamed for every little mark on his car! Strangely mine tends not to see as much damage yet i drive mine every day compared to his weekend driving!
