Getting the alignment done - worth it?

Hi all,
Reading around it seems that there are lots of very positive comments about getting the alignment done at somewhere like Powerstation. Gave them a call earlier and they certainly sound like they know their stuff.

Anyway, the question is whether it is worth getting it done on a 2 month old STI? If so what settings to ask for? Using the search facility I see "fast road settings", or "prodrive settings" seeming popular, one of these, some other?

Cheers
Nick
