Best place to get my car derestricted???

Where would the best place to get my car derestricted, at the mo its limited to about 112mph? i think, if i had it derestricted would it help on lower power eg the rev's, at the mo the rev's seem high when i reach the 70+ mark
any ideas please :thumb:

having the car de-restricted will only lift the 112MPH limit, it won't give you any extra BHP.

It works by making the ECU think the car is travelling slower than it actually is. On classics, this is done by a small unit that screws in betwen the gearbox and speedo cable, lowering the RPM by 1.609 (1 mile = 1.609KM)

Having a de-restrictor doesn't exactly de-restrict your car, it still has the speed limiter, but this is 180MPH!! which should be fast enough;):D
