Dump Valve and Mushroom filter for V4 Type R

Hello Peeps, i need a Dump valve for a 1998 Type R, something that sounds good please and i will need instructions to fit this on to my FMIC :cuckoo:

Also i need a Mushroom air filter...dont need the MAF, just the mushroom , cash waiting and can do paypal:)

I have a HKS air filter but the the sponge needs replacing, looking for £40.
