Competitor Entries Now Closed - Limited RWYB places available on the day

We now have our maximum 70 entries, and are now closed for further entries.

Sorry to those who didn't get in this year, there is always next year! :)

However..

If you are really keen to get a run, please turn up on the day, as depending on time, we should be releasing a small handful of entries on the day.

Thanks to everyone who's involved so far, and good luck to everyone competing!

quick addition to the above, Scoobs only on the day for any additional rwyb entries, we cannot accept any non-scoob entriess unfortunately, due to the tremendous response this year in making enough scooby entries up to ensure a one-marque event as planned.

well done on filling this with Scoobies only :D

Guess I'll have to go for the on the day entry then ... What time does this additional on the day bit registration start? Can I do paperwork/pay in advance?

We can't 100% guarantee a place on the day, as we're really committed to giving everyone the best run possible, but...

I'll talk to Chris about whether people can pay in advance in order to secure a place on the reserve list, which we'll just refund if we can't let you run.

My gut feeling is that we'll manage to get another 5 or so to run, so its well worth making it clear you want to run.

Ok folks....

Due to the number of enquiries about people that have missed the cut-off date, a VERY limited number of entries will be allowed on the day, so it will be first come first served on the day itself.

If you wish to compete you must adhere to the following:

1) You must be wishing to compete in a ROAD LEGAL Subaru (no other car marques will be allowed)
2) You will need a Helmet, valid MOT & valid driving license
3) You must pay and sign-on by 9:30am on day
4) Once you have paid your £15 spectator fee at the gate, please enquire at the signing on office to see if you are able to compete. You will then need to pay the additional £50 to enter and all other details will be made available to you.

Get in early!!

As Simon has already stated we can not 100% guarantee a place on the day and as it only takes 5mins to fill the forms in it's not really an issue. The sooner you get there the better chance you have of catching one of the spaces.

further point of clarification- a couple of people dropped out at the weekend and sold on their entries to mates/friends etc, then informed us yesterday/today. We have to implement a cut off date for this very reason or we'll never finalise the lists and get the info out to people.

We have now drawn a line under any further changes to the existing competitor entry list numbers, anyone dropping out now will have to drop us an email and await to hear if we can fill it on the day.

we cannot keep on changing the competitor nos/names over once the packs have been sent out and the timing people notified in full, so please dont ask us to do so now thanks.

any spare places that can be filled on the day as mentioned above will be allocated a new competitor number at that time.
